Tag a wall
Write $HOODCAT somewhere it is legal to write things. Take a photo. Post it here with how much HOOD you are putting on it. The pin lands on the neighbourhood, not the doorstep. The photo is the clue.

Go and stand in front of it. Take your own photo. Post it under the drop with the address you want paid. No wallet to connect, no login. Type it.
Get paid, on chain
The person who put the HOOD up sends it to that address from their own wallet. Anyone pastes the transaction here. We read the receipt off the chain, and only then does the drop say paid.
Every photo is looked at by a person before it appears. This site never holds anybody's HOOD. Keep it legal: your own wall, a sticker, chalk, a place that welcomes it. Not somebody else's property.
